Eat Like a Greek: Easy Ways to Try Mediterranean, the Healthiest Diet in the World

Easy ways to try the Mediterranean diet by someone who lives there – me!

I will show you exactly how the Greeks eat this so-called Mediterranean diet. How and when they eat their fruit and vegetables, nuts and beans. And how they get through an astonishing amount of olive oil.

And I’ll make it super easy for you to try for yourself some of their ways.

Here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How to eat more greens
  • When to eat salad

  • How to sneak in more vegetables

  • Olive oil; How much, how often and when

  • The easiest way to eat even more vegetables

  • How to eat cake

  • How to eat

  • How to drink like a Greek

  • One Mediterranean Month – 30 daily tips for healthy eating

Many behaviours that make up the Mediterranean lifestyle contribute to the long, healthy lives of the people but you don’t need to move there to profit from it.

There are several plugins available depending on what blog platform you use. I would need more information to give you the right recommendation.

Actually I prefer using one of a few different software programs I purchased. One is called Cinchtweet and you can check it out here: and the other is called Tweetpush available here:

Check them out when you get a chance and see what you think.

If you still want a plugin recommendation I’d be happy to give you one if you give a little more information about your blog and the platform it runs on.

Thanks for visiting and don’t forget to keep coming back.

  2. Hey I know this is off topic but I was wondering if you knew
of any widgets I could add to my blog that automatically tweet my
newest twitter updates. I’ve been looking for a plug-in like this for quite some time and was hoping maybe you would have some experience with something like this.

Please let me know if you run into anything. I truly enjoy reading your blog and I
look forward to your new updates.
