How to Lose Weight for Good: Stop Guessing, Start Losing: A step-by-step guide to predictable, consistent and maintainable weight loss

As a trainer that has lost weight in the past, I not only have the knowledge, but can understand and relate to your struggles. I have probably been through and still do encounter the same problems that you are having right now. The step by step method outlined in this book is the best and easiest way that I have found to burn body fat and keep it off for both myself and my clients.

There are usually 2 types of fitness professionals or personal trainers. Type 1 is the person that has had some weight loss battles of their own, came through them and as a result sees an opportunity to relate to and help others who are also having those struggles.
